In addition to professional coaching methods, Schnack Coaching® also means getting food for thought through inspiring sayings (Schnacks) and small learning units (Snacks), which help to discover, activate and implement your own resources.
The Schnacks (sayings, quotes) help to reflection to things/topics and look at them differently, making it easier to remember and implement new behaviours that arise from this. (Things like: I do my best, let go the rest). Here we look together at how these Schnacks can be interpreted and what they could mean for your own situation or behaviour.
The Snacks are usually small learning units on different models and theories, which help to better understand and classify certain behaviours and thus to be able to react and act differently in everyday life. (E.g.: Circle of influence). We do have a large repertoire here and provide the snack that is suitable for clarifying a situation or a new possible behaviour or approach.
Typical topics for Schnack Coaching are, for example, reflection and expansion of one's own leadership style, finding more satisfaction and happiness in life, detecting inner blockages, improving the handling of challenges and conflicts, emotional intelligence, developing personal alternatives for action or strengthening authenticity and self-confidence.

We also use these as part of the Schnack Coaching®.
The snacks can vary and last from 10 minutes to 3 hours as needed and provide short input, reflection, practice and joint transfer into everyday life. Because of their shortness, they are easier to integrate into everyday life or coaching.

We are offering 3 Learning Snack Face-to-face workshops., each lasting 2.5 hours. These workshops focus on experiencing on your own and transfer into your daily routines.
In this workshop we will learn how our focus influences our thoughts, feelings, actions and ultimately our results. With a lot of personal experience but also scientifically based knowledge, we will explore the power of focus.
In this workshop we go one step further than Energy flows were the focus goes and look at how we can focus more on our own potential. Together we will explore how we can activate our own powers and use them in a targeted manner.
The third part of the workshop series is about sharing our own treasures that activate our inner strengths and learning from each other. These treasures can be experiences, a saying, a film, a book, a role model, etc.
If necessary, we also work with groups or teams. Here, we customize the content together with the client, so that the content and duration vary as needed. This is mainly about team building workshops, such as kicking off new teams, measuring the mood of the team or conflict resolution and improvement in the teams. Here we see our job as supporting the teams as a neutral person in achieving their goals by offering a variety of methods and keeping the teams on track, intervening if necessary or providing feedback.
If requested, I also offer mediation of conflicts in Teams or between 2 or more persons. Here my work is highly confidential and mainly using the methodology of „non-violence communication“.
